About the role
You will own product surfaces used daily by hundreds of operators under pressure. Pixel craft and operator empathy in equal measure.
What you will do
- Lead design on key product surfaces — from research to high-fidelity ship.
- Run usability sessions in real venues at peak hours.
- Build and maintain the design system alongside engineering.
- Set the bar for craft and consistency across the platform.
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of product design experience on SaaS or operational software.
- A portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking, not just screens.
- Fluency with Figma and a serious appetite for prototyping in code.
- Excellent written English.
