Customer Success Lead — Benelux
Own onboarding and expansion for Belgian, Dutch and Luxembourg venues. Half teacher, half operations consultant.
About the role
You will turn new accounts into long-term champions. The team is part teacher, part troubleshooter, part operations consultant.
What you will do
- Onboard new venues from kickoff to first month-end close.
- Run quarterly business reviews and proactive health-checks.
- Drive expansion and reduce churn through proven playbooks.
- Feed product with structured insight from the field.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years in customer success, account management or hospitality operations.
- Calm under pressure — you have closed at least one shift in your life.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and one local language.
